Manuela Traldi: Azerbaijan's approach to business deserves int'l recognition

The Azerbaijani approach to doing business deserves international recognition, President of the Italian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce Manuela Traldi said at the Global CEO Summit 2025 in Baku, Report informs.

"As a foreigner observing Azerbaijan, I have witnessed the country's impressive growth over the past 10 years. Modern Azerbaijan and its business environment are completely different from what it was a decade ago. Seeing the country transform into a producer and exporter is truly inspiring. Not only have you taken your companies to a new level, but you have transformed the country itself. This is changing the perception of Azerbaijan in the international arena. Your approach deserves recognition, because such impressive results can only be achieved through exceptional efforts," she noted.

Traldi also emphasized that, despite the similarity of the business approach in Europe and Azerbaijan, the key difference remains the high dynamism of the Azerbaijani model.

"The ability to quickly adapt and find solutions in difficult conditions is especially valuable. In this, Azerbaijanis and Italians are very similar. This approach requires flexibility and readiness for challenges, and you cope with this incredibly successfully," she added.
