Gilan Holding abolishes its 3 companies

Baku. 13 December. REPORT.AZ/ Three companies included in Gilan Holding have officially declared their suspension. Thus, "Gilan Pasicifik İnşaat Materialları" LLC, “Gilan Motors” LLC and “Gilan Sement” LLC have been abolished.

Report informs, creditors can submit their demands within 2 months at the address block 466, N. Narimanov Avenue, 206, Yasamal District, Baku.

"Gilan Pasicifik İnşaat Materialları” was officially registered in 2011 with authorized capital of 20 AZN. “Gilan Sement” was registered in 2008, the company's authorized capital made 40 AZN. “Gilan Motors” was registered in 2008 with authorized capital of 100 AZN.

Notably, legal representative of all the three companies is Jamil Tahir Muradov.
