Georgia-Azerbaijan trade exceeds $1B

In January-October of this year, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Georgia amounted to $1.69 billion, which is 13% less compared to the same period in 2023, Report informs referring to the National Statistics Office of Georgia.
Azerbaijan's share in Georgia's total foreign trade turnover was 5.6%.
During the reporting period, the value of goods exported by Georgia to Azerbaijan decreased by 14.4% compared to the previous year and amounted to $610.992 million (11.2% of total exports), while the value of goods imported by Georgia from Azerbaijan decreased by 11.2% and amounted to $458.454 million (3.4% of total imports).
