In Azerbaijan, it is more purposeful for women to engage in the economy after completing their education, Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan, said during today's parliamentary plenary session, Report informs.
Gafarova emphasized the importance of both state support and broader public discussion on this matter: "I think we need to talk more about these areas during our meetings with constituents, alongside state compensation. Women should be financially empowered and also become specialists in the field of law. Education is essential. We must start from there."
