Emin Huseynov: Employment must be ensured before population is moved to Karabakh

Employment must be ensured before the population is moved to the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, and this is one of the main goals, Emin Huseynov, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh Economic Region (except Shusha district), said at the meeting of the Working Group on Urban Development Issues held in Aghdam.

"Employment is a very serious problem that requires an individual approach. We have to look in detail at each family. After solving the employment issue of the families, the issue of migration should be ensured. This should be taken into account in urban development plans," he noted.
