Chairman: KOBIA has initiatives for cooperation with OTS countries' business entities

The Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KODIA) under Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy has initiatives regarding cooperation with business entities from member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), KOBIA Chairman Orkhan Mammadov said at the General Assembly of the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union held in Baku, Report informs.

"We offer support for innovative business development, scientific study, research, and investigation of inventions, utility models, technological innovations, and industrial designs that affect business processes. We can also support expanding access to financial resources for startups and entrepreneurs. We propose a mutual exchange of successfully implemented stimulating mechanisms and experiences in SME development among member and observer states, and suggest close cooperation between startups and entrepreneurs with higher education institutions, research institutions, as well as industrial and technology parks, technological business incubators, and technology transfer centers to promote innovative entrepreneurship," Mammadov noted.
