Azerbaijani caviar makes its debut at Boston Seafood Expo

Azerbaijan Fish Farm is the country's largest company specializing in sturgeon breeding and black caviar production. Companies flagship product Baku Caviar has set the standard for ethical and sustainable caviar production in the Caspian region.

Azerbaijan Fish Farm is thrilled to announce its participation in the largest seafood expo in Boston, USA, scheduled from March 10th to 12th. At the expo, the company will showcase Baku Caviar, the first caviar brand in the Caspian region to prioritize environmental sustainability and produce caviar with care for nature. For every tin of caviar sold, Azerbaijan Fish Farm releases 10 sturgeons back into the Caspian Sea, making a significant contribution to the restoration and replenishment of endangered sturgeon populations.

The company's participation in the expo underscores its role in promoting Azerbaijani caviar on the global market and supporting environmentally sustainable production.

Azerbaijan Fish Farm's mission perfectly aligns with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev's declaration of 2024 as the "Green World Solidarity Year" and the forthcoming UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP 29) to be held in Baku.
