Azerbaijan, UAE mull green energy projects

Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) discussed important projects jointly implemented with the Masdar company in the field of green energy, Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said on Twitter, Report informs.

“Together with our colleague Rovshan Najaf, the President of SOCAR, we held a meeting with Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology of the United Arab Emirates, the CEO of ADNOC and the chairman of Masdar company Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber. During the meeting, we discussed the successful development of economic relations between our countries. We also reviewed significant projects jointly implemented with Masdar in the field of greenenergy, as well as the prospects of cooperation in the area of energy,” he tweeted.
