Azerbaijan showcases investment potential in Dubai

The 11th Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) on "Investments in Sustainable Innovation For A Thriving Future" kicked off today in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Report informs citing the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) under the Ministry of Economy that Azerbaijan is represented at the exhibition organized as part of the Investment Meeting, along with other countries.

Information on the Azerbaijani economy, the favorable business and investment climate created in our country has been posted on our stand organized by SMBDA. Azerbaijan's stand also provides information on the potential and investment opportunities of liberated territories.

Today, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Azerbaijan Sahil Babayev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mukhtar Babayev, Chairman of the State Agency for Citizen Services and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan Ulvi Mehdiyev, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Azerbaijani stand. The Azerbaijani stand will be open to visitors until March 31.

The Annual Investment Meeting, which has been bringing together officials since 2011, is a convenient platform for businessmen and investors from around the world, discusses investment opportunities for investment development, investment promotion trends, and cooperation in this sector, conducts an exchange of experience and contribute to making new contacts. The event will discuss a number of areas, including the support to micro and small entrepreneurs, increasing their role in the economy.
