Azerbaijan's trade turnover with EU countries: TOP-5

In 2023, the trade turnover of Azerbaijan with the countries of the European Union (EU) amounted to $24,821,895,000 (-9.2%), Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

During the reporting period, exports from Azerbaijan to EU countries amounted to 21,821,611,000 (-12.7%), and imports from the EU countries to Azerbaijan made up 3,000,084,000 (+28.5%).

During the reporting period, the share of EU countries in the total exports of Azerbaijan was 64.4% and 17.4% in the total imports.

The TOP 5 countries with the largest trade turnover of Azerbaijan in this period include Italy ($15,685,970,000), Germany ($1,824,413,000), Greece ($1,395,789,000), Spain ($888,505,000), and the Czech Republic ($767,268,000).
