Azerbaijan's public catering turnover soars more than 17%

In January–November 2023, the public catering turnover in Azerbaijan increased by 17.3% in real terms compared to last year and amounted to 1,819.5 million manats ($1.07 billion).

Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee, that 50.5% of public catering turnover in the private sector belongs to legal entities and 49.5% to individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity in this field.

The turnover of legal entities increased by 18.3% compared to last year and reached 910.1 million manats ($535.35 million).
