Azerbaijan’s e-bike imports skyrocket

In January-February 2025, Azerbaijan imported 1,087 e-bikes, valued at $401,400, marking a 16-fold increase in number and an 11-fold surge in value year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

During this period, Azerbaijan purchased e-bikes from:

- China: 1,035 units (+15 times) worth $370,000 (+11 times);

- Türkiye: 51 units (+51 times) worth 27,700 (+70 times);

- Thailand: 1 unit worth $3,600 (no supply a year ago).
