Azerbaijan reduces wheat import expenses by 15%

During January-November of this year, Azerbaijan imported 1,117,300 tons of wheat.
Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee, that the value of this volume of wheat amounted to $241,093,000.
Compared to the same period last year, this is 22,300 tons (2%) more in terms of volume, and $42.3 million (14.9%) less in terms of value.
During the reporting period, wheat import expenses accounted for 1.3% of Azerbaijan's total import expenses.
