Azerbaijan reduces spending on wheat imports

In January-October 2024, Azerbaijan imported 948,815 tons of wheat worth $205.43 million, according to the State Customs Committee, Report informs.
This is 463 tons (0.04%) less in volume and $41.92 million (16.9%) less in value compared to the same period in 2023.
Wheat imports accounted for 1.23% of Azerbaijan's total imports.
