Azerbaijan reduces car imports from Georgia by 27%

In January-February of this year, Georgia exported 1,266 cars worth $29 million to Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the National Statistics Service of Georgia.

This is 22% less than in the same period in 2024 in value terms and 27% less in quantity terms.

Azerbaijan ranks third among countries importing cars from Georgia.

In February, Georgia sold 680 cars worth $16.6 million to Azerbaijan, which is 25% and 15% less than in the same period a year ago.

In 2024, Georgia exported 106,051 cars worth $2.43 billion, of which 12,849 cars worth $290 million went to Azerbaijan.
