Azerbaijan reduced car import nearly 6-fold

Baku. 16 November. REPORT.AZ/ In January-October 2016, Azerbaijan has imported 4 349 units of cars. Report informs referring to the State Customs Committee (SCC), it is less by 5,67 times compared to the same period last year.

During the reporting period, the number of imported cars for the transport of people and other motor vehicles amounted to 3 775 or 86,8%. Imports of these types of car decreased by 5.7 times.

According to information, import of motor vehicles, special purpose declined by 10,09 times and amounted to 75 Imports of trucks fell by 4.18 times and made 419, imports of special purpose motor vehicles decreased by 2.69 times amounting to 80 units.
