Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan discuss development of economic cooperation

Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with Kairat Kelimbetov, head of Astana International Financial Center of Kazakhstan.

Report has learned from the ministry that the minister emphasized the high level of Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan relations, successful cooperation in various economic areas, and the importance of strengthening the economic-trade partnership.

At the meeting, the parties discussed the development of cooperation in trade, transport and transit, industry, and other fields and the opportunities for joint action on the promotion of investment opportunities of the Alat Free Economic Zone.

Kelimbetov shared his views on the directions of the development of relations.
