Azerbaijan increases methanol export revenues by almost 15%

During January-October of this year, Azerbaijan exported 401,958.50 tons of methanol (methyl alcohol) worth $83,854,600.
Report informs, citing statistics from the State Customs Committee, that compared to the same period last year, the value of exported products increased by 14.6%, while the volume increased by 1.8%.
In October, the country exported 34,862.6 tons of methyl alcohol worth $8,552,140, which is 31.8% less in volume and 15.2% more in value compared to the same period in 2023.
