Azerbaijan, FAO discuss food security

Ensuring food security was discussed between Azerbaijan and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov wrote on X, Report informs.

“At the meeting with Muhammad Nasar Hayat, the representative of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Azerbaijan, we underscored the effective collaboration between the UN and our country across various domains. Additionally, we explored potential partnership formats between FAO and Azerbaijan, focusing on ensuring food security and implementing innovative approaches in the agricultural sector,” he said.
