Azerbaijan discusses potential cooperation opportunities with Wenzhou Ningshing Trading

During the meeting with Fan Jiangshan, the Chairman of the Wenzhou Ningshing Trading Co., Ltd, Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov had productive discussions on Azerbaijan's business and investment climate, Report informs.

"We also touched upon the company's ongoing efforts in constructing a ceramic tile manufacturing plant in our country and explored potential opportunities for future cooperation," Jabbarov said on X.

According to the construction project of the ceramic tile manufacturing plant, Azerbaijan Vanhong Ceramics Co Limited Liability Company, a resident of Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park, will build an enterprise on the territory of 22.8 hectares of the Industrial Park. The enterprise will produce high-quality ceramic tiles of various sizes with the application of advanced Chinese technologies. In addition to being sold in the domestic market, the company's products will be exported to the region and the CIS countries.

The investment value of the project with 100% Chinese capital is close to 70 million manats ($41.2 million). 400 people will be permanently employed in the enterprise with an annual production capacity of 18.5 million square meters of ceramic tiles.
