State Grain Fund placed under control of State Reserves Agency

The State Grain Fund was removed from the subordination of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and was transferred to the Agency for State Reserves.

Report informs the issue was reflected in the changes of the Cabinet of Ministers in the "Rules for the storage and use of the State Grain Fund".

From now on, the authority to manage the fund, supply, and store grain as a state customer will be exercised by the Agency for State Reserves.
