Azerbaijan sees over 20% surge in export of apples, pears and quinces in 1Q2025

In January-March of 2025, 31,600 tons of apples, pears and quinces worth $21.5 million were exported from Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the country’s Ministry of Agriculture.
"Compared to the corresponding period of 2024, the export of apples, pears and quinces from our country increased by 20.5% in volume and by 22.5% in value," the ministry stated.
In recent years, there has been a remarkable increase in the export of apples, pears and quinces from Azerbaijan abroad.
