Azerbaijan participates in SIAM 2026 exhibition in Meknes

Azerbaijan is represented for the second time at SIAM – Salon International de l'Agriculture au Maroc.

According to Report, the exhibition, considered one of Africa's largest agricultural events, is being held in Meknes from April 20–28.

This international event brings together representatives of government institutions, private sector participants, and experts from various countries. It serves as an important platform for exchanging agricultural experience, presenting innovations, and establishing new partnerships.

Azerbaijan's participation reflects the country's growing interest in developing cooperation with Morocco and other regional states, particularly in the agricultural sector.

The national pavilion was organized jointly by Azerbaijan's Embassy in Morocco and the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO). It showcases achievements in the agro-industrial sector as well as products that highlight the country's rich agricultural traditions.

Participation in SIAM 2026 creates additional opportunities to strengthen economic ties between Azerbaijan and Morocco, establish new business partnerships, and expand knowledge exchange.
