Azerbaijan imposes duty on export of potato, onion and cabbage

Changes have been made to the 'Foreign Trade Commodity Nomenclature of the Republic of Azerbaijan, import customs duties and export customs duties' approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Minister under No 500 dated November 17, 2017.
According to Report, the respective decision was signed by Prime Minister Novruz Mammadov.
By the decision, $1 will be imposed for a kilogram of fresh or frozen potato exported from the country until April 30, 2019, and until May 31, $2 per kilo in customs duty will be imposed on export of onion, green head and red cabbage.
