President of European Volleyball Confederation visits Alley of Honor in Baku

Aleksandar Boricic, President of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV), accompanied by the leadership of the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation (AVF), visited the Alley of Honor during his visit to Azerbaijan, Report informs.

The delegation honored the memory of Azerbaijan's National Leader, Heydar Aliyev, by laying flower bouquets at his grave. They also paid tribute to the prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva, placing flowers at her grave.

Additionally, the CEV delegation visited the Alley of Martyrs, laying bouquets on the graves of Azerbaijani heroes who sacrificed their lives for the nation’s independence and territorial integrity.
