Baku. 19 February. REPORT.AZ/ Famous fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld has died at the age of 86 in France, Report informs citing Le Figaro.
According to the newspaper, his state worsened within a few weeks.
Karl Lagerfeld was born in Hamburg to a wealthy family of Bank employee Otto Lagerfeld. He moved to Paris in 1952. In 1974 Lagerfeld founded his own brand— Karl Lagerfeld Impression. He has been the creative director of Chanel house since 1983.
