Zakharova: Lavrov won't attend OSCE Foreign Ministers' Council meeting in Austria

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will not attend the OSCE Foreign Ministers' Council meeting in Vienna, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, Report informs referring to Russian media.
"No. The Russian side will be represented by Deputy Foreign Minister [Alexander] Grushko," Zakharova said at a briefing on Thursday.
The OSCE Foreign Ministers' Council meeting will be held in the Austrian capital on December 4-5.
