Vice Speaker of Kyrgyzstan Parliament resigns

Vice Speaker of the Supreme Council (Parliament) of Kyrgyzstan Ulan Primov has resigned, Report informs via Kyrgyz media.
Primov said that he "feels a moral responsibility," since his colleague in the Ata-Jurt Kyrgyzstan faction, Nurlanbek Shakiyev, was elected Toraga (speaker) of the parliament.
Today it is planned to elect a new vice-speaker.
In addition, Baktybek Sydykov left the post of head of the Committee on Transport, Communications, Architecture and Transport. He was elected head of the Ata-Jurt Kyrgyzstan faction.
