UN: 2,104 civilians killed since start of hostilities in Ukraine

Since the beginning of hostilities in Ukraine, 2,104 civilians have been killed, according to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), Report informs citing Ukrainian media.
As of April 19, there were 4,966 civilian casualties in Ukraine: 2,104 killed and 2,862 wounded, the OHCHR report says.
Most of the dead and wounded are in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions: 739 and 1,390 respectively.
