Ukrainian Prosecutor-General's Office: Hola Prystan mayor abducted

A criminal case has been launched in the Kherson region (Ukraine) into the abduction by the Russian military of the mayor of the city of Hola Prystan, Oleksandr Babich, Report informs citing UNIAN that the Prosecutor-General of Ukraine said it.
According to the investigation, on March 28, servicemen of the Russian armed forces, who threatened him with firearms, kidnapped Babich, and are holding him hostage.
The department added that all possible and appropriate measures are now being taken to establish the circumstances of the incident and the persons involved.
