Those who receive military summons to be prohibited from leaving Russia

Citizens subject to conscription will be prohibited from leaving Russia from the day the summons in respect of them is placed in the register of delivered summonses, Report informs via TASS.
It should be noted that yesterday the State Duma Committee on Defense approved amendments to the bill "On military duty and military service", according to which men aged 18 to 30 will be called up for military service from January 1, 2024.
