Swedish reconnaissance aircraft for first time flies near border of Finland with Russia

A Swedish Air Force Gulfstream IV SP Korpen aircraft has made a reconnaissance flight in Finnish airspace, where its route passed along the Russian border, Report informs referring to Russian media.

The plane flew back and forth over Lake Inari in northern Finland before turning south and continuing along the Russian border.

It is based at an airfield near Linköping in southern Sweden.
