Squabble between vice speaker, MP in Armenian parliament

A squabble broke out in the Armenian parliament between Vice Speaker Ruben Rubinyan and opposition faction "Armenia" MP Artur Sargsyan during the discussion of Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan's petition to strip him of parliamentary immunity and initiate a criminal case against the oppositionist, Report informs referring to Armenian media.
Sargsyan is accused in the case of preparing for terrorism and usurpation of power, in which Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan and 15 other people are involved.
Presenting the petition, the prosecutor general noted that Sargsyan, together with Galstanyan and a group of other individuals, prepared to seize power in the country from July 2024 to March 2025, including helping to recruit groups to storm government buildings.
Then, Civil Contract MP Vahagn Aleksanyan touched on the topic of attempted terrorist attacks and seizure of power in Armenia. Sargsyan tried to ask him a question from his seat.
The vice speaker called on the oppositionist to shut up, pointing out that the questions were being asked to him. "I am addressing you - shut up. He (Aleksanyan) was given the floor, and he is speaking. And you sit down and calm down!" Rubinyan addressed Sargsyan.
After this, the vice speaker issued a warning to Sargsyan.
