Now Türkiye's defense industry also produces military mechanisms for ships, Selcuk Bayraktar, Chairman of the Board of Baykar company, told Haber Global within the framework of TEKNOFEST Mavi Vatan, Report informs.

Bayraktar also provided extensive information about the ships on display: "The production of military systems and mechanisms for ships in Türkiye is an even more important issue than the construction of the ship itself."

He also emphasized that the current festival demonstrates the national power and capabilities of Türkiye's naval forces: "The traditional TEKNOFEST will be held at Istanbul Ataturk Airport on September 17-21."

TEKNOFEST Mavi Vatan will continue until August 31.
