Security forces cordon off Almaty airport

Eyewitnesses say there are no clashes near the Almaty airport, as it is cordoned off by security forces and continues to operate in its usual mode, Report informs, citing TASS.

"The security forces have cordoned off the territory of the airport, but so far, it is working for both departure and arrival. There are many security officials at the site, and no clashes have been observed near the airport building," the agency sources say.
