Russia's COVID death toll over 336,000

Over the past day, medical experts recorded 165,643 new cases of coronavirus infection in Russia, Report informs referring to Russian media.
The total number of registered cases in the country since the pandemic onset has reached 13,147,666.
To date, a total of 336,721 people died due to COVID-related health complications in Russia, including 698 deaths seen over the past day. The number of recoveries is 10,706,142.
Currently, there are over 2.104,000 active cases in the country.
More than 398.51 million people globally have contracted the virus since the onset of the pandemic. The deadly pathogen has claimed over 5.77 million lives, though unable to cope with 318.06 million patients, who managed to recover.
