Putin wins over 87% of votes in presidential election with 100% of ballot papers processed

Russia's current President Vladimir Putin has garnered 87.2% of the votes after 100% of ballot papers were processed, according to the data posted on the official website of the Russian Central Election Commission.
He is followed by Nikolay Kharitonov, the candidate from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF), who got 4.31% of the votes, candidate from the New People Party (Novyye lyudi) Vladimir Davankov with 3.85% and candidate from the LDPR party Leonid Slutsky with 3.20% of votes.
