Putin says 'no factors' for new mobilization

There are no factors for new partial mobilization in Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the press conference on the results of the session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.

"There are no such factors today, they are not observed," the Russian leader said in response to a respective question of journalists.

Putin stressed that there is no talk of additional mobilization, but at the same time, internal rotation is possible among those already mobilized, half of whom are at the training grounds.
