Protest rally taking place in Yerevan demanding release of political prisoners

A protest rally is taking place near the building of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, timed to coincide with the arrival of Council of Europe Secretary General Maria Pejcinovic Buric in Yerevan, Report informs via Armenian media.
The protesters demand the release of those under arrest: Armen Ashotyan (ex-Minister of Education and Science), Narek Malyan (opposition activist, leader of the Veto movement), Vazgen Saghatelyan, Narek Samsonyan (chairman of the Civic Consciousness NGO) and others, claiming that they are all political prisoners.
