"Mikheil Saakashvili has been saying for eight years that he will come to Georgia. But he will not be able to do so because he is a coward," said Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.
According to him, the former president is well aware that he will be arrested in Georgia:
"His only task is to create chaos and instability in our country. Saakashvili's goal and desire are to return to power, but it is an unattainable dream of him and his team."
The prime minister stressed that Saakashvili would be arrested as soon as he set foot in Georgia: "Anyone who resists this process will be punished under the law.
Yesterday, Saakashvili announced that he had bought a ticket to Tbilisi for October 2."
