Over half of Ukrainians believe in achieving victory soon

More than half of Ukrainians (58%) believe that their country will win the war in the short term, according to a sociological survey conducted by the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation, Report informs via UNIAN.

Only 5% of the respondents doubted the victory.

It was noted that belief in the victory of Ukraine prevails in all age groups.

6% of those who believe in victory hope that victory will be achieved in the next few months, 21% by the summer of 2024, and 31% in 1-2 years. 15% of them believe that victory will be ensured in the next 3-5 years.

2.5% of the survey participants think that they will not witness victory in their life.

Also, 69% of the respondents believe that at the end of the war, all prisoners will be released and the deported Ukrainians will be returned.

42% of the survey participants think that Ukraine will join NATO.
