Today, the law "On Family Values and Protection of Minors" came into force in Georgia, prohibiting LGBT propaganda, Report informs via Pravda.
It has become the subject of criticism from the EU, which says that the law "does not correspond to European values" and calls for its repeal so that Georgia can return to the path of European integration.
At the same time, the country's authorities have repeatedly stressed that they will not do this, since no one needs EU membership, which relies on LGBT propaganda.
