As of June 19, as many as 2,615 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed in Iran, the total number was 200,262, said the Spokeswoman for the country’s Health Ministry.
A total of 159,192 patients have recovered and discharged so far. In the past 24 hours, 120 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, and the death toll stands at 9,392. As many as 2,833 patients are in critical condition. To date, 1,370,718 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country, said the health official.
According to the Spokeswoman, the provinces of Khuzestan, Hormozgan, Kurdistan, Bushehr, West Azerbaijan, and southern Sistan and Baluchestan are alarming.
