Hakan Fidan, Sergey Lavrov agree on coordination of steps over South Caucasus

The situation in the South Caucasus was discussed in the meeting between Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in New York.

Report informs that the parties have approved the agreement on the coordination of steps to prevent their problems in the region.

Fidan and Lavrov also talked about the situation around Syria, the Middle East, and the Black Sea.

Earlier, Lavrov met with the foreign ministers of Iran, Lebanon, and Indonesia at the UN.
