Explosion hits gas pipeline in southeastern Turkiye

An explosion has hit a gas pipeline following the powerful earthquake in the Hatay province in southeastern Turkiye.
The explosion and the fire occurred following the powerful earthquake in the province of Kahramanmaras.
Report informs via local media that the fire is observed in two places on the pipeline thread extending via the local village of Topbogazi.
There are at least three kilometers between the two ignition points.
Botas said earlier that the quake did not affect the operation of pipelines in the country.
