European Commission's Director General for Enlargement on visit to Yerevan

The Director-General of the Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations, Gert Jan Koopman, visited Armenia, Report informs.

“Important visit to Armenia following the EU-US-Armenia high-level event on April 5. Looking forward to meeting with a range of Armenian interlocutors to discuss priorities for closer EU-Armenia cooperation and to identify opportunities under our new Resilience and Growth Plan,” he stated on the X social network.

Later, Gert Jan Koopman is set to visit Georgia and Azerbaijan. His trip to South Caucasus countries will continue until May 4.
