Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis is unaware of the rules of protocol, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, according to Report.
"After my speech in Prague yesterday, he got permission from someone and tried to answer me. In fact, this was not part of the program. I would never descend to his level and answer. The audience did not applaud him properly," the head of state said.
