Baku. 22 January. REPORT.AZ/ The Russian language will never be a state language in Latvia.
Report informs referring to ITAR-TASS Latvian Ambassador to Russia Astra Kurma said this at the press conference held in Moscow.
Ambassador spoke about the decision to withdraw New Wave contest from Jurmala.
"This is not a decision of the government of Latvia but the organizers", she said.
