ADB chief, Armenian PM mull expansion of joint projects

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is ready to expand joint projects with Armenia, ADB President Masatsugu Asakawa said at the meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
Pashinyan praised the close cooperation between the government and the bank.
He said the Armenian government is interested in implementing new projects, emphasizing that the issue of infrastructure development is of paramount importance for the executive branch.
The parties also discussed current projects and the possibility of implementing new ones as part of the program to improve the seismic safety of school and road construction, and the development of healthcare infrastructure.
