UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres pointed to the importance of creating conditions for establishing peace in Ukraine, Report informs via TASS.
The secretary-general made the remarks at the press conference held on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit in Cambodia.
Guterres noted that it is important to create conditions for resuming dialogue and finding ways for a future of peace.
The secretary-general added that the peace agreement terms should be based on the UN Charter and international law.
